Hi there,I have just purchased EZmix2 and I cannot get it to work. I have installed the product but now it keeps asking me for my computer ID and won’t let me authorize it. I have many toontrack products and never had this issue. I’m using IMac and the computer is up to date
please help

Are you using the Toontrack Product Manager to authorize? If so, it won’t ask for a computer ID.

I do have an option to enter it manually, where can I find the number? I tried serial # but it wouldn’t work
Having checked your account, it seems all of your EZmix products have been interacted (authorized) via the “website” and not through the Toontrack Product Manager.
When you launch the Toontrack Product Manager app and navigate to your EZmix2 product and click the “authorize” button, can you post a screenshot of it asking for the Computer ID?
