ezmix upgrade – only at toontrack site?

I see US retailers like sweetwater now offer many toontrack products by selling download keys. The last time I ordered something from the toontrack webpage 1) my bank froze my card as it was flagged as fraud (I only have Visa/Master debit and use American Express) and 2) hit me with a foreign transaction fee.

I am happy to buy the upgrade but don’t want to deal with all the hassle. I’d love to be able to use American Express or paypal.
