I have downloaded both versions 2.2.4 and 2.1.5 BOTH 32 bit and 64 bit and still get this message
My system is Windows 10 so I don’t see why it won’t go through unless I’m missing something but EZ Mix download does appear in Product Manager but can’t get passed the install feature

are you using the Product Manager Application installed on your har drive? You’re not downloading installers from the web interface?

Yes I am using the Product Manager Application and yes I have downloaded the installers from that interface but the message error above ‘Installer is no longer responding’ still prompts up. I even restarted my computer and still get the same message

if you are not planning to run any 32-bit applications on your Windows installation, you only need to run the latest 64-bit installer.
You are running the Product Manager as Admin?
Does the Windows Add/Remove Programs have any remnants of EZmix2? If so, please try to remove them there.
If that works, please try re-installing the latest version from the Product Manager Application.

Yes, I was able to verify that my pc runs on 64 bit. After reinstalling, I was able to get it to work after all from a little drop down window that did the trick
It’s weird because I had to make sure the
‘This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive.’ option was selected. If I picked the the first one It didn’t work. A really small detail that made it work so with that It was able to install and everything booted up just fine
