Couldn’t pass up the Black Friday EzMix deal and now wondering if I should have done some research before helping myself to a deal. I have EzDrummer 2 and EzKeys. Both were instantly recognized by Reason 9 and don’t have any issues using them. Oddly enough, Reason 9 won’t even recognize EzMix and I can’t get it to appear regardless of which folder EzMix installs to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what specs you guys need but I’ll list what I can off the top of my head and provide more upon request.
PC: HP Envy 360 i5
DAW: Reason 9
EzMix auto installs as 32 bit. My zip did not include a 64 bit version. Could this be the issue? If not, pardon my ignorance.
I believe Reason 9 is 64-bit only. You will need to install the 64-bit EZmix2.
If you have installed Toontrack Product Manager, the 64-bit update should be easy to download and install under the Show Details under EZmix2 in your products.

You are a SAINT! I’ve spent an embarassing amount of time installing, uninstalling, re-installing to specific folders and repeat. I found it odd only the 32 bit installer was bundled with the zip file. The Product Manager was hiding the 64 bit installer which did the trick.
HUGE thanks for ending my panic and saving my life! Can’t wait to dive into EzMix. Out of curiosity, why isn’t the 64 bit installer part of the product download to begin with?
Product Manager has both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Toontrack products. Not sure why both installers aren’t included together. I’m sure the 32-bit versions will disappear at some point with things going all 64-bit too.

To add to the oddness, I uninstalled the 32 bit version after installing the 64 bit version, purchased another Ezmix pack and was repeatedly halted with an error message stating installation could not be completed (for the Ezmix pack) until Ezmix was up to date. I ran the product manager that confirmed everything was up to date.
I then Reinstalled the 32 bit version, was able to install the pack and all was good. In order to install new packs I have to keep the 32 bit version installed, too?
