[solved] Upon dragging EZKeys (and EZDrummer) into Studio One, a “hidden” subchannel is created for each. The control for the plugins happens in the subchannel, not the primary channel which has become somewhat of a “folder” for the subchannel. Once the primary channel was “expanded”, the subchannel was revealed and the plugins can be soloed, muted, and have their volume controlled there.
EZKeys seems to only allow its volume to be controlled from within the plugin and only has very limited response when using the mixer in my DAW (Studio One 7 Pro on a Mac in my case). It also doesn’t respond to the mute and solo buttons on it’s DAW channel. It’s like its audio is only controlled from within the plugin. But it’s not realistic to dive into the plugin just to change the volume of a channel when mixing. How can I control EZKeys volume from within the DAW? Thanks.
