EZKeys Screen Size Long Standing Problem

Guys: This problem seems to be perennial, going back many years, and the solutions to it are arcane, making one feel like the Sorcer’s Apprentice, encouraging as they do deep delving, approaching machine language level surgery, to attempt to make this tool visibale at the same level of resolution available in your other apps.

C’mon, Toontrack! Help us non-techs to be able readily to see our arrangement work as we do on your other great apps…or, when can we expect “SuperiorKeys”?

Agree, give us a new version with a scalable interface, or at least hint a new version coming within a foreseen future. Igonoring this will just make a bunch of customers even more annoyed and frustrated when switching to 4k screens. And no, it’s not an option to use the scaling option in Windows 10. EZkeys first, then EZmix…followed by EZguitar. Thanks!

I second that! Preferably a scalable interface, or at least several choices of fixed sizes in the menu.

I will not use the product this way and will not purchase any more from Toontracks till this issue is fixed. The features are not worth the aggravation. Looks like a product made by an amateur. I’m very disappointed to discover this issue after spending $300.00. All our wasted money should be refunded.

This has been asked for for years and has resulted in silence that speaks volumes from the developers. Sadly, I’ve given up holding my breath. To borrow the tagline from the Aliens movie: “In (cyber) Space No One Can Hear You Scream.” 😉

The only thing I can think of as to why the EZ Keys community is ignored is that they make more $$$ on the drum apps (which I also have plenty off, and SD3 has an amazing flexible GUI with incredible editing capabilities in the MIDI Grid Editor) and so they put all their time there… with the exception, of course, of asking us to buy more EZ Keys MIDI packs with the occasional whopping $6 discounts — that, they’ll spend a few minutes on.
