Recently purchased EZKEYS Retro-Electrics EKX.
Received a serial number and entered it via Toontrack product manager process.
Everything SEEMED to go as it should with ” Download, Install, Authorize ”.
The Image of the Retro-Electrics appears as installed and ready to use, but it is nowhere to be found. Therefore cannot be used.
I noticed however that in the SHOW DETAILS, there are TWO serial numbers shown. None of my other 7 other EKX’s have this double serial number.
What is the issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
