I’m thinking about buying a midi pack for ezkeys, but I have a question first.
I’m going to use ezkeys as a vst in reaper studio. But where does a new midi pack appear in ezkeys? so that I can choose the sound in reaper vst? Is it in the preset menu? see the picture.

A midi pack is just midi (songs) not sounds.
An EKX is a Sound Expansion.
To answer your question. No a midi pack will not show up there. An EKX will though.
Since you’re on EZKey1 you cannot use any EKXs released after EZK2 came out, fyi.
EZK1 EKXs only come with sounds and no midi. EZK2 EKXs come with both sounds and midi.

Thanks for the reply. I’m now using Numa Player from Studiologic which is free, it works well for my needs and sounds just fine.
