I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of EZkeys. The player is not installing. When I get to the installation type, there is no package name listed and the install button is greyed out. Any advice is appreciated. thank you

I think i have same problem but I don’t understand what i should do?
I’ve tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it, but its not working.
I’m going crazy, i have tried everything except the right thing i guess…
