ezkeys not able to install during set up

Hi , I have just purchased the ezkeys softwares and I am having problems installing the program as it stops during the set up and says that there is an error on it is a corrupted file… Kindly advise as I have tried a couple of times and even re downloaded the program again from the purchase link but still have the same problem. Hi,

I am guessing here, since I have no idea of which platform you’re on; are you by any chance on Windows OS and merely browsing the ZIP archive in the OS instead of right-clicking and Extract all before you run the installer?
