EZkeys License Transfer

Hello, in my new DAW I have all Instruments. Therefore I will sale all my Toontrack Products. I have EZkeys 1, but I cannot transfer the Licens!? Why? Please can you help me? Thanks and musician greetings Peter Bengelmann
