ezkeys instrument plugin not showing in pro tools studio inserts on mac

I have up-to-date mac, toontrack, and pro tools studio.  The toontrack software for ezdrummer and ezkeys is not showing up in the pro tools studio track inserts.  I’ve tried uninstalling ezkeys and pro tools studio, still not showing the plugin (under either “instrument” or “Toontrack” in pro tools inserts. )- not for ez or ezdrummer either. Only ezmix (in Effect) and ezbass (in Instrument) showing.  All aax plugins seem to be present in /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins

and all components in /Library/Audio/Plug-ins

 

All other packages seem to be working fine (e.g. Waves, etc).  And, these packages used to work fine in Logic.
