What version does it say in the EZkeys interface? If it’s less than 1.3.0, it can crash with Hybrid Harp.

I’m having the same issue with FLStudio 20. I submitted this a few days ago but have not heard anything.

Your pic show you are using version 1.2.5. As Olof stated above, if you’re using less than version 1.3 0, you will get crashes.

I have the same issue with Pro Tools 9. I’ve sent the dump file to support to analyze.

    EDIT MORE INFO:

EZ Keys Stand alone opens and displays version 1.3 BUT for the vst plug in version

within Pro Tools EZ Keys version still displays 1.2.5 RTAS

So maybe the updater is not updating the RTAS plug in version??

    Hi Dan,

version 1.2.5 was the last RTAS version, so the updater cannot update the RTAS component to 1.3.0.

Perhaps this version is what is causing troubles on your PC, unsure if 1.3.0 is really required for Hybrid Harp, don’t think it is.
Let’s see what Support comes back with.

Yes, 1.3.0 is required for Hybrid Harp.

Yes, I just found that out. Problem is, I’m running Pro Tools 9. So I always check if a plug in still supports RTAS before I buy. Hybrid Hard indicated it did.

But if it only runs properly on EZKeys 1.3.0 which does not support RTAS, then I can’t use it!

Which is why I’m asking for a ‘credit’ to buy something I can use 🙂

    Dan
