Hello,
I haven’t been able to use the EZKeys Studio Grand , as it crashes Windows 10 each time I tried to launch the program, I need help.
Not sure which version I have as I can’t open it to check. But see attachment.
The Blue crash screen has a message : Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
What failed: portcls.sys

Does the Toontrack Product Manager show any updates available? What version does Product Manager show as installed?

Thanks for getting back soon.
No, there is no update available, it says Up-To-Date.
The version installed is 1.0.0 See attached.
Please note that I deleted and reinstalled the software but it made no difference.
I’ll have to query Toontrack support on this one. I haven’t seen this error with any of our products before. I’ll let you know what they say.
