Hi there,
after Upgrading to Cubase 11 Pro, i noticed, that the Ruler in EZKeys does not follow the Host (Cubase) anymore. Tried some things, but can´t get it to work again. Works fine with 10.5….
Any Suggestions?
Thanks,
Dennis
Had the same problem after updating Cakewalk. Reboot seemed to fix it.
SD3, EZD, EZ Keys 1&2, EZ Bass. Win10, i9/9900, all SSDs, 64g RAM, Cakewalk, Studio One
Thanks billy. Allready checked this with no luck on my site…
I have just bought EZkeys upright and EZdrummer 2. I am using Mixcraft 7 pro. And I can’t find the Follow Host button on either one. I want to purchase EZbass but I want to get this fixed first. I’m using pc windows 10. I would really appreciate any help on this please. Thx
Hi Richsebjon1970,
the plugins have a button but this button is not available in the standalone, which leads me to believe you are not launching the plugins but have the standalones running alongside your host, which will not work and is not the intended use.
Please see my screen shot.

I am experiencing this problem with Cubase Pro 11 too. I have tried removing the EzKeys track and creating it again but that hasn’t helped. It was working perfectly before 1.3.2, although I can’t be sure that the update is the cause. I am using a project with just EzKeys, EzBass and SD3. Both EzBass and SD3 are tracking Cubase perfectly, the cursors are moving. I have toggled the follow host on/off that makes no difference. The EzKeys track is playing perfectly otherwise. It is just the cursor is stationary. Anybody got any suggestions as to what I have missed.

Thanked by: HenryHi ElMojo,
i could fix this by disabling the “Generic View” Option in the Plugin itself: So when you click in the topright corner of the plg, you open the plg Contextmenu with some options there.
In my case i´d liked to appear the plg bigger, because nativeliy resizing is not supported by EZKeys. – With the mentioned Option this is provided by Cubase. But then, the plugin does not work correctly… Disabling this solves the Problem.
Hope, that Toontrack gets out a new Version with HDpi Option…
Greetings,
Dennis

Thanked by: ElMojoYes that fixed it. Thank you! I knew I had it working with 1.3.2 at one point. Looks like I will be joining the queue for the updated/new larger window version too.
Same Problem here with Cubase11Pro but switching the view makes the plugin sooooo small! Too small, honestly. I had to set up my PC Win 10 after a crash. BEFORE the crash it worked. Maybe bc I had to d´load and install ALL my programs like EZKeys…
stay tuned... Henry
I could solve the problem in Cubase by unchecking the HiDPI option. The view is a tad worse but EZkeys works again
stay tuned... Henry
