Is it legally fine in terms of copyright to use the MIDI patterns (EZ Keys) in a song arrangement(unchanged, straight from the plugin, and without re-recording) and commercially release the song?
Will I own the copyright 100%?
And:
In general, are playing patterns/rhythms copyrighted? I’m just wondering, if the pattern I ended up using from EZkeys was somehow similar to an existing song out there, whether if that would constitute as copyright infringement.
