EZKeys 2 presets missing

I have the new EZKeys 2 upgrade from EZKeys 1, but my opening screen is different than what others show, and I have no EZKeys Session Grand piano or presets.  It seems I only have the EZKeys 1 Piano and presets.

Hi,

my first question would be if you also installed the EZkeys 2 Core Library as well as the EZkeys 2 software? They are two separate installers.

Yes, John.  I used the product manager and upgraded the core library at that time

  I double checked in product maanager, and it showed downloaded but not installed.  I went ahead

and installed it, and it seems to be working fine now.

Hi I have installedEZ Keys 2 but the core library is missing and no option to install a separate program any where in the Product manager or software. Scanning also doesn’t work

Can you advise please?

i downloaded ez keys 2 as an upgrade but no core library but a code but no option to download

Hi guys,

the software is listed in the Product Manager app under ‘EZKEYS LINE’ and the Core Library is listed under ‘EKX SOUND EXPANSIONS’.

If you do not see it, please close the application and restart it.

I have the same issue and there is no core library to install in the product manager.

 

I have bought the EZ keys 2 bundle with two EZK cinematic packs.

Hi,

I can see that you have downloaded the Core Library and updates now, so I guess you’re all good? You had a Support Ticket, so they got things sorted for you?
