EZkeys 2 License Transfer Upgrade from EZKeys 1

Hello, I have this, but in my new DAW Studio One Professional I have very fine Pianos and all other Instruments. Now I will sell my EZKeys 2 Upgrade. When I sell only the Upgrade, the seller must have EZKeys 1. When the seller have nothing, he can sell my EZKeys 2 and my EZKeys 1 and he has an Fullversion from EZKeys 2!? But I cannot transfer my EZKeys 1??? Why? Please can anywhere help me? Sorry, my english is not good and I hope, you can understand me!? Tanks and musician greetings Peter Bengelmann
