EZkeys 1 License Transfer

Hello, I hope, anywhere can help me!? Since I find enough good grand pianos in my DAW (now Studio One Professional Version), I sold my Toontrack EZKeys 2 as an upgrade (license transfer to the new owner worked perfectly). EZKeys 2 includes a wonderful Garnd piano! Now I also want to sell my EZKeys 1 (i.e. the license of course). What instrument is included? I also have the EKX Studio Grand and EKX Dream Machine. Do I now have to pay 2x EUR 15 because the instrument is extra? Back then I bought EZKeys 1 together with an instrument!? It would be great if you could answer me about this! Yes, the administrative fee needs to be completed for each serial number you want to transfer. The EZkeys 1 software has its own serial number and your EKX expansions have another serial number.

Hello and thanks! I bought EZKeys 1 together with the EZX Dream Machine as a set. I can only resell the EZKeys as a set, i.e. 1x both together! Why do I still have to pay the EUR 15 twice? I can’t transfer EZKeys 1 to someone because they can’t select “My Instruments” on my account!? Why is that? Can someone help me? Thank you and musical greetings Peter Bengelmann
