EZKays Grand Piano Update Question

I’m trying to install the 1.0.3 version of Grand Piano. Win 7 64 bit.

When I unzip the file and try to run the installer it gives me a “This product is already install. Use Add/Remove to uninstall the product and try again”.

Is this correct? Is this a major upgrade that requires uninstalling the existing version before running the upgrade?

All help is appreciated,

(I have other EZ Keys products that I upgraded w/o having to do this. Retro, for example)

EDIT: Make that EZ Keys not Kays.

Hi,

I think you are trying to run the full product installer 1.0.3 instead of the 1.0.4 Sound Library update. Please download the EZKeys Player 1.2.0 update, the Sound Library update and the MIDI update.
