    In Cubase 12 Pro (Mac) Ezk2 crashes when i drag a midi-part from a midi-track in bandmate.

Ezk2 is searchin for a groove and after a while it crashes Cubase.

    best regards

Can you explain in more detail how you do it?

Do you mean dragging the MIDI from Bandmate’s MIDI track to a track in Cubase or to the Song Track in EZK2?

We cant seem to reproduce this, can you also attach the MIDI-file for us to test with?

    Sorry for my bad description.

Not from bandmate to Cubase, the other way around.

    1. I´ve made a midi track in Cubase (a simple chord progression, 4 bars with 4 chords in c major – nothing fancy).
    2. Then i open a new EZK2 Instrument track and went to bandmate.
    3. I select the previously recorded midi-part in Cubase and drag it into Bandmate.
    4. Bandmate starts searching and after a while it crashes Cubase 12 Pro (latest Version).

It works fine if i drag an external midi-file on Bandmate.

But maybe i find a solution. I added a lot of user midi linked folders. And with theses linked folders EZK2 crashes.

I deleted these folders and now it works.

I hope this explanation is a bit clearer.

    Cheers, Andi

Thank you for the information, we will pass this on to our programmers who will look into this further.

We have also heard of similar problems when using own MIDI files that only contain CC. We would guess that your problem is also related to this, this will be fixed in our next update.
