I am having a bit of difficulty with EZDrummer3 behavior.
I have merged a set of grooves into a single groove that will be repeated throughout a song. I am trying to add a crash cymbal at the beginning of the groove but the groove is making an odd behavior. It is merging the groove with the previous groove and it only does this with cymbals. Here are included screenshots.

Note this does not happen when adding Toms the same way

I second this. Been noticing since EZD3 came out. Just didn’t have the energy to explain it.

I wonder if it has something to do with the humanize function being on because when I look at the screenshots closely, the crash cymbal is coming in a bit before the region on the grid where the tom is just on the other side of the grid marker.

Thanked by: Bert SmithSo turning off humanize seems to have prevented the track from unintentionally merging, but I want humanization. I was under the impression humanizing was processed after the midi input and not when adding points.
