Hello,
I’m just working my way into using EZDrummer3 in Cubase. A few demos have already been created. What I haven’t quite figured out yet is whether to create a drum track in Cubase (with the VST EZDrummer and matching samples) and edit everything there, or whether to create a quasi-blank track in Cubase and then build everything in EZdrummer, which is synced with Cubase. There is also a drum editor (grid editor) and an area for the grooves.
Is it just a matter of taste where you manage the drums? Maybe you start in EZDrummer at the beginning and then “export” the midi track (or audio track?) to Cubase?
Maybe someone has a good suggestion.
Regards,
malange
