EZDrummer2 – Still wants to install on the boot drive?

Fully intend to update to EZD2 when available, but: Does the new version still want to install itself on the boot drive? And require Sound Mover utility to move over to the external samples drive? Or will the installation routine allow an install wherever you direct? I’m on Mac 10.9, with an EZD1 install currently on the boot drive. Thanks!
