EZdrummer2 sound drop outs during playing

Hello everybody,
I have problems with my EZ2. We use EZ2 for live playing. Notebook cofiguration 4MB RAM, WIN7, Q-core 2.5GHz, external sound card Lexicon Omega. Our problem is, that sound stop playing for 3-5 sec and then started to play again. This happend maebye after 2-3 hours of playing. Never happened it imidiatelly after start. I tried it on others laptops (First was one years old DELL with W10, 4core, 4GB RAM, second was HP with win7, same params).We are very nervous to play with this product. All drivers (soundcard ASIO) we updated, we downloaded new EZ updates … We assigned the highest priority to EZ in win process, dissable hard drive swapping, disable all saving features on laptop. we tried another 2 sound cards and it was the same. Last weekend it stopped play, during song and didn´t start yet…we have to turn EZ2 off and on and thaw again works… Does anybody have similar problems, or have any solution? I´m helpless. Do you get the same result I’d you try a different audio interface? The built in one for example? This can see if it’s a problem with the audio interface or not.

Also, is this computer optimized for audio? IOW, do you have all firewall/aniti-virus/spyware software turned off; do you have all system sounds turned off; is the computer power setting set for high performance; is the processor scheduling to “Background services”; you should enable DMA (Direct memory access) on each IDE channel.
