Hi, I got a strange problem. I just bought Alesis DM6, drum modul, but it dosen´t seem to work that well. It works for about 30-60 seconds, depending how much action you put in on the drums. Simple groove last you about 1 minute, rolls and excess 15-20 seconds. And the strange thing is that it works well those seconds. So it has nothing to do with the drum mapping. All is in place. The problem is that it stops working and i have to re-start Cubase to get it working again!!!
Anybody know whats up with this?!!!
Best

Do you get the same results using Toontrack Solo instead of Cubase?

Yes, it works for the same amount of time. See the signals, hear the sounds, and the correct drum being struck in the ezdrummer. Then after some seconds it goes silent. Could it be overload or something? Cant figure it out ´cause it works realy well when it works. Well, for some seconds. Strange stuff.
Ps: it quits even faster if i load claustrophobic or the other vst drumsets I have added.
What version of EZdrummer is displayed in the EZD interface? Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit versions of EZdrummer and Cubase/Solo? What version of Cubase?
Does this only happen with your edrum or when you play the MIDI grooves from the EZD browser?

The version of ezdrummer is 1.1.1. I´ve tried both 64bit and 32bit on Cubase and Solo. And i´ve probably updated the ezdrummer to 64bit. Can´t seem to change it back, though. Possible? I use Cubase 6. And yes, this only happen when i e-drum. Ezdrummer works fine by itself. Never had any other problems regarding midi/VST.
Ps. I´ve updated all the sets, and noe its version 1.3.1 (64-bit). The same problem, though.
The version of ezdrummer is 1.1.1
Are you sure?
The latest version is 1.3.1 and you need to install the 64-bit version for 64-bit compatibility, the 32-bit can’t be wrapped/bridged.
Have you checked if there are updated drivers for your Audio/MIDI interface?
What is your Hardware Buffer size set to?
