EZDRUMMER upgrade delivered with empty jewel case

Hello,
i’ve purchased the EZDRUMMER upgrade from EZDRUMMER lite on 5th March 2011 from a German well known dealer.
Today it has been delivered. But the jewel-case was empty!
It was shrink-wrapped so nobody could have opened it before.
First i thought it could be intentionally empty and i had to download the whole software.
But the only EZDRUMMER software i could download after registering was EZdrummer_WIN_121.zip (22,8 MB).
And in the readme i was told first to install the software from DVD.
But as i said the jewel-case was empty. No DVD at all!

Help much appreciated.

Hi,

there should be a big red PC and MAC button on your product page in your Toontrack account.
Clicking one of them will download the Full Download Installer, which equals a DVD.
