EZDrummer stop working

Hello Support,

I have a freshly installed EZDrummer and some Expansions on my bit long installed Win10 machine.

The devices i use are a Millenium MPS e-drum kit (USB A – USB B cable), Win 10 notebook, Focusrite USB external sound card.

Eighter i use the EZDrummer in standalone or as VSTi plugin in Reaper its stop working after few seconds.

If i plug in the the drum wait few seconds and start eighter the EZDrummer or the Reaper is working, as i hit the drums is see the hit on the display and hear what must. After stop working i must close all the applications, plug out the drum module usb and begin everything from the beginning. Also a stop EZD application and start Reaper solution wont work.

Could be some strange error or if i make a full OS reinstall on the notebook it will be more faster solution? 🙂

Hello,

Just an update, i had reinstalled the OS from the beginning and the result is same in standalone mode. We have 30 second to work and after like connection lost with the e-drum. After re-connect the drum and restart the EZD works again until 30 sec.

What is your buffer size in Standalone, or what is buffer size in DAW?
