I just got a new laptop with windows 7, and installed protools 9. Then I installed ezdrummer but it doesn’t show up in protools. I then downloaded the 64bit update and installed it but it still doesn’t show up in protools.
I uninstalled ezdrummer and the update, can anyone help me so i can reinstall it to work with pro tools 9 in windows 7.
Hi,
first of all, Pro Tools is still a 32-bit application even though it can run in Windows 7 64-bit.
If Pro Tools 9 is your only host application, you do not need to run the 64-bit installer.
To install in Windows 7, I recommend installing from the Full Download installer available in your Toontrack account instead of the DVD, then run the 1.3.0 32-bit update.
Do you know how to Insert EZdrummer in Pro Tools?
It is an Instrument plugin that is to be inserted on a Stereo Instrument Track.
Best Regards,

That’s an easy one to miss too. If you create a mono track, EZDrummer will not show up at all.
