I installed EZDrummer and Toontrack Solo last night, and I have used the Soundmover thing (not sure what that’s about). I have downloaded and installed the latest versions of EZ and Solo. After opening EZ in Solo or Logic Pro 9, I have found that there is no audio except for the snare when I click on the drums. I’m thinking it has something to do with where the sound files are placed on my harddrive, but I have no idea where they are currently. Thanks.

Hi,
SoundMover is only to be used when you need to move your EZHOME location; i.e. the location on hard drive where all your EZX:s store their audio and MIDI and also where additional Toontrack MIDI get installed.
If you ran it, you moved this location somewhere.
By Default, the ‘EZdrummer’ folder is located in ‘{Mac HD}/Library/Application Support/’.
If you indeed first ran the Full Product installer (big red MAC button on your product page) before running the 1.3.1 updater, something went wrong with SoundMover and I suggest you uninstall EZdrummer and start over.
You may need to run the SoundMover again to ‘Repair’ the install location but only do this after concluding it is needed.
If you on the other hand didn’t run the Full Product installer but only the 1.3.1 updater (would explain only hearing the Snare), just run the Full Product Installer and then apply the update again.
