Ok so ever since I downloaded the update 2.1.0 for my 64 bit version of EZDRummer 2 it crashes my DAW every time I try and load another song. I tried uninstalling the update and that didn’t work. So I need some help here please. I’m using 64 bit Reaper With Windows 7 (64 bit) and EZdrummer 2 with the 2.1.0 update. Any help will do, thank you.

Can I uninstall EZDrummer and reinsatll it? Will that erase all drum tracks that I have made? This is driving me insane!
I have the exact same problems! Since i upgraded to Ez drummer 2,1 it crashes my Pro Tools (version 10) every time i save and change song! (I´m running the 32bit version of EZDrummer)
Please fix this Toontrack A.S.A.P!
Yeah I still haven’t gotten an answer from ANYBODY! Hello TOONTRACK! I need some answers here, I can’t record musoc anymore without crash, after crash. Reaper is saying EZDrummer is crashing! Please help!
I’ll try to upload the error messages tonight, I tried before but it’s telling me the files were too big..
Well we all have a serious problem it seems. I too have the same exact issue with my EZdrummer 2.1 upgrades with Reaper.
These are my latest updates:
EZdrummer plug-in version 2.1.0 (build 10421) [64-bit VST]
Standalone host version 2.1.0 (build 10421)
SOUND LIBRARIES
Cocktail version 1.3.1
EZdrummer 2 Modern version 1.0.2
EZdrummer 2 Vintage version 1.0.2
Nashville version 1.5.1
Pop/Rock version 1.4.0
MIDI LIBRARIES
Blues version 1.2.0
EZdrummer 1 Demos version 1.0.0
EZdrummer 1 Pop/Rock version 1.0.0 — This one I read is now an EZX product when upgrading to EZdrummer 2. (???)
EZdrummer 2 Modern/Vintage version 1.0.0
EZdrummer 2 Percussion version 1.0.0
EZX Cocktail version 1.3.1
EZX Nashville version 1.5.0
When I try to upgrade the EZdrummer 1 Pop/Rock version, it tells me my EZdrummer file is corrupted and need to do a reinstall. The issue I think can be tracked down to any files that were using EZdrummer 1 Pop/Rock. Not sure but this is REALLY frustrating! If it comes down to a complete uninstall-reinstall that will suck.

Hi guys, sorry for the late reply. Do any of you get a crash log or a windows dump file that you could upload?

Cant find the dump file, but the Error message says:
EZdrummer has crashed. Crash dump file avaible at:
C:Usersstandard…
Then after that i get this message from Pro Tools:
Pro tools did not shut down correctly last time it was run. You will need to reboot your computer to run Pro Tools again!
PLEASE FIX THIS It´s super frustrating writing music when it crasher my Host EVERY Time i save and change song
I will try my hardest to get the dump file tonight. I also did download the odd time sigantures midi pack, but I don’t think that’s the problem, the smae problem is happening with other users. I will report back later. Let’s get this fixed! Have a good day/night.

That’s exactly what I’m getting..
If this can help for now, i’m getting an error message from Windows saying:
**Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error**
**This application has requested the Runtime to Terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact you guys.**

Is there no dump file available at the location pointed out by that dialog?

Nothing, I can’t find any location where this dump file is.. Any Ideas on what to do next??
Same here, i cant find any dump file at that location!
All of this happened when i upgraded to EZDrummer 2,1…
I’ve attached two dump files: The first one and the last one. Both are binary so no good for us mortals. btw, located at:
C:UsersyourusernameAppDataLocalTempEZdrummer
Please give line by line instructions for a complete reinstall. Some of us only have the EZD2 upgrade which I think forces us to reinstall EZD1 first? Then the midi packs and EXP’s to add. This is really bad news!

Can you locate the folder at all? If so, is it empty?
If you can’t find the folder, it may be that the AppData folder is hidden/invisible. You can chose to show hidden folders in the Folder Options dialog in Explorer. You can also type the full path in the address field of Explorer.
Anyways, it’s on the todo-list to make this folder more accessible

Thanks for the uploads! A hotfix for this bug will be released shortly. Let’s hope that you other guys are experiencing the same bug.
