Just purchased EZ Drummer and followed the install precisely as specified from instructions received from Sweetwater (vendor) where purchased. I had no problem registering the electronic download and installing onto my computer. My issue is that when I run the program (through Cubase 6 AI) for first time, I never get the authorization screen which provides the computer ID. The program appears to be working OK, but I cannot authorize through Toontrack account. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times with a registry clean in between each install. I have also tried 32 and 64 bit installs (running Windows 8.1 x 64). I have also trid a fresh install and run program first time through Toontrack SOLO and also do not get authorization screen. Not sure what to try now to get computer ID to show so that I can authorize via Toontrack account.
