EZDrummer Expansions won't install

Got a pretty odd problem here. I’ve downloaded two different expansions for EZDrummer 2, and I’ve gone through the installation process with each of them several times, and yet both of them say under install status “Not installed”. Really need some help here. No clue what the problem is.

Hi,

if you close and restart the Product Manager, does it still show as uninstalled?

If you open EZdrummer 2 standalone, are they available in the library drop-down?

Have you Custom installed EZdrummer 2 on your system?

Yeah, I restarted the Product Manager, and it still says it’s not installed. I cannot choose where to install EZDrummer 2. It only specifies one location, and does not let me choose anywhere else.
