well, I can’t find you in our database so it’s hard to tell what steps you’ve gone through already (let alone know what operating system you are running)… but downloading an up-to-date version of the product from our site would be a good start and most likely resolve the problem. Make sure you uninstall the current version first.

    i have the same problem.

i installed ezdrummer first, then installed the library: jazz, nashville, latin percussion and twisted kid.
    then updated to 1.21.

i reinstalled , cleaned the registry and restarted win 7  to install ezdrummer again.
there is no popup window to authorize ezdrummer, even i registrate the product at toontrack.com.

    i have windows 7 x64, with amd phenom x4 645. 8GB ram.

i would apreciate about a solution.

    Well Mr. toxu,

that’s highly unrecommended and unsupported. Tell you what; you contact us, providing your serial and email address you used to register your EZdrummer copy and we’ll grant you access to sort this out the right way in the Support section.
    Deal?

    Best Regards,

Hello John, I’ve just had the same message displayed when I tried to open EZ Drummer, I think I have shifted a bunch of files and its all gone a bit mad , I have all my serials and purchase details via My Products- I am a newbie but am looking forward to using EZ Drummer but so far have had very little luck installing as one of the discs kept ejecting so I had to create an image of the disk using Utility ( Something I’d never done before ) So I managed to get it finally installed but I think I have moved everything as my Laptop space was being eaten.

I purchased EZ Drummer, Superior crossgrade and Metal Foundry but so far haven’t managed to get anything operating- Clearly its nothing wrong with TT I hasten to add!! But I am pretty sure I need to check ‘paths’ as I had been poking around and think I have done something

    Many thanks

I am running the EZDrummer multi layer sampler on Garageband and EZDrummer could not find the sounds files. I have Mac OS 10.6. Here is what I did to resolve the issue: I uninstalled all EZDrummer downloads and started fresh. I put the EZDrummer disc into the disc drive to re-install the software. I selected “Customize” on the standard install screen. Then I selected to download the RTAS file and none of the other files. I proceeded with the download and then loaded on Garageband like normal and voila- EZDrummer loaded with sound files. I then installed EZCocktail and Toontrack Solo. I did not download anything from the Toontracks website. Hope this helps anyone who is having a similar issue.
