ezdrummer and copyright

I’m going to be making instructional videos on youtube. I was going to be using backing tracks that would include some ezdrummer grooves that come out of the box (so to speak). Are these subject to copyright? Should I make some sort of citation if I use them? Should I just make up my own grooves instead? TIA.
