I create and Save As with file path set to /Library/Application Support/Toontrack/EZdrummer 3
no user preset or folder visible there
and user presets dont show across instances even in same project
Also “Manage in finder” does nothing
The path indicated above is a “root” library path. You could be running into permissions issues if you are attempting to save into that area. What happens when you try to save to your user library area?

i moved folder
now “Manage in finder” opens folder
but preset still not saved
ez on right i where i created and trying to save preset
ez on left is new instance that has no option to recall preset
preset not found in finder

also, ezbass and ezkeys work no issues can recall presets
ezd can not
You might need to contact support on this one. It’s possible you may have a corrupt user folder resulting from the moves. I just tried your test with two instances of EZ Drummer 3 and the I get the recently saved presets.
