I have tried this both in the standalone and in StudioOne, I tried to submit a ticket via the contact form and it would not accept the generated dump file.
It was a 184 mb file i.e. it was an entire 4 min bass track

thanks, I have uploaded 3 crash files , the latest file occurred on EzDrummer3 standalone, the other two would have occurred from within StudioOne.
I’ll try later from Reaper but I suspect its the same issue.
In all cases it was the same .wav file being used.

Could you upload the .wav too, please? It seems to depend on the contents of it.

before I do that then let me try with another .wav from the same project , and then a generic wav i.e. one not generated by a DAW, such as iTunes convert to wav
Ok, I uploaded the bass wav file and I can confirm that the other wav files in that project behave the same way i.e. they will crash the app.
However, other wav files i.e. from other projects, mp3s , converted audio to wav within itunes all work

Thanked by: Olof HermanssonI have experienced the same thing in standalone as a test, crashed after analyzing the .wav file and after I try to playback.

That file is a 64-bit WAVE file. They are not supported by EZD3 (or EZbass or SD3) on Windows (they work on Mac). See https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/ezd3-bandmate-drag-n-drop-cubase/page/2/?view=all#post-2927460 for more info. We have fixed the crash that happens with unsupported audio formats for the next version.

I think I found a bug. Using Ableton, I was recording an audio clip (guitar) into a track into a new / untitled project. When I dragged that newly-created clip into Bandmate it would crash Ableton entirely. When I restart Ableton it asks if I want to recover the crashed project, so I do, and THEN when I drag that exact same clip into Bandmate it works fine. If I then create another new audio clip, drag that one into Bandmate it crashes again. However if I then go into Ableton -> File -> Save Live Set it -does not- crash. So I think it’s something to do with the temporary / unsaved clip.
