EZdrummer 3 Core Installer Missing

After installing EZdrummer 3 (3.0.2) from the Toontrack Product Manager, I get this message:

The EZdrummer 3 Core Library not installed

The EZdrummer 3 core library is not yet installed. Make sure to install the core library before using EZdrummer 3!

The core downloader is not listed as an available download. Where can I find it?

The sound EZD3 sound library should be listed as “EZDRUMMER 3 CORE LIBRARY” under the EZX Sound Expansions section of PM.
