hallo,
since I upgraded to the version 3 EzDrummer opens in reaper as “Brigde” it is the only plugin that acts like that and the version 2 did not.
I’m on Windows 10n but it was the same in Windows 7.
Basically what happens is EzDrummer opens in a different istance like it is another software different from Reaper and inside Reaper.
The problem is I have to click several time to open the gui, and more often than tot I can’t preview the sounds, I can make it produce sound if I use the midi keyboard or the midi form Reaper but not clicking the drums in the gui.
Any clue?
Thanks

Are you running a 32-bit version of Reaper? If so, try installing the 64-bit version (if you use the “portable installation” option it won’t overwrite your previous install) and see if that resolves the issue.
no, I’m not using 32bit plugins since many years.
is there any information that could help you?

If you’re using EZD3 that is 64-bit, in 64-bit Reaper, there is no need to “bridge” anything. The reason there was a bridge in Reaper was to use old 32-bit plugins in the 64-bit Reaper.
Set a plugin path to the EZD3 plugin installed location in Reaper and it should load.

no, there is no 32bit installed, this is the snapshot of what your app says.
And I don’t know why there is an AAx installed I never do that.
in any case Reaper shows a (x86) after the name of 32bit plugins and there is not such thing.
