What message(s) indicate that it is not downloading?
Are attempting to download the demo or a purchase? If you are attempting to download a purchase, why not download & install the Toontrack Product Manager, then download EZD2 through that portal?
PS, although you indicate that you are attempting to download it to an Acer Chromebook 15…you must well know that EZDrummer2 will not run natively on the CHROME OS and, therefore one must presume that you intend to use EZD2 on another computer. Could you attempt to download it from that computer instead?
