EZdrummer 2 won't download in my product manager (mac) – PLEASE HELP

I’ve just bought Ezdrummer 2 and pop punk EZX from the store
I’ve downloaded the product manager and I’ve found both products ready to download.

I press download product and after about 30 seconds i get this message “Downlaod of EXdrummer 2.0.2 (Mac) has stopped, The Connection (using a proxy server timed out”.

Please HELP

Open Preferences in Product Manager, click “Change Settings…” (for proxies), untick the checkboxes for all protocols and click OK.
