I checked the path in the standalone version tried to enter this into samplitude and still wont show up in the instrument tab all other vst are there please help cheers ps it was a digital download 64 bit
Are you running a 64-bit or 32-bit version of samplitude? I don’t know if Samplitude 11 is a 64-bit host. If 32-bit you’ll need to install the 32-bit version of EZD2 and set the path to that plugin.
I have the same problem, no matter if I use the 32 or the 64 bit version 🙁
Samplitude just won´t find the dll, even though it´s in my VST plugin folder, also after scanning the folder via Samplitude.
My solution to the problem was:
I renamed the Plugin Folder. Usually my plugins were in C:/VST Plugins and I renamed it to “C:/VSTPlugins” (no space).
I rescanned the folder via Samplitude, then it finally found the EZdrummer.dll and I can now use the software in Samplitude 🙂
