Hi,

are you trying to use the Standalone at the same time as you are running Pro Tools 8?
If so, why?

Hey John,
not at the same time, of course.
When EZ 2 is installed on PC without ProTools. Runs ok.
When ProTools is installed/present (not running) on PC.
Then EZ 2 Error.
It appears that it bothers some part of ProTools, or so.

DigiTrace.dll, verze: 8.0.3.251

Hi Jan,

can you please go into the Toontrack Product Manager, then EZdrummer 2, click Show Details and then select the Installation Info tab and take a screen shot of that one and post here? Do not include your serial number.

I have asked my colleagues for advice, the two shouldn’t not be interfering with another in this way, so I’m waiting for instructions on how to best troubleshoot in your case.

the first step is to make sure your Digidesign drivers are up to date.
