I run an iMac with OSX 10.7.5 and I’ve been using EZdrummer 1 on Garageband for some time with no issues, recently bought, installed, authorised the Twisted kit, also no issues, but I’ve recently bought and installed the EZdrummer 2 upgrade which appears to have installed and authorised ok but when I open Garageband EZdrummer 1 comes up with no prompt – or evidence of – EZdrummer 2. I’ve deinstalled and reinstalled it a few times now and still not there in Garageband – am I missing something ? Help please.
Thanks, Jeff

@nigel.smith:
what is it you are having an issue with? Have you started a separate topic?

Same with me in Pro Tools.. No support help either. They just send an email saying “look through the FAQ’s”.. I’ve got 3 TT products and this will be my last.
@Daleh,
what exactly is you issue? Are you trying to insert EZdrummer 2 on a Mono Instrument Track? It needs to be a Stereo Instrument Track.
Working daily here with the Toontrack plugins in Pro Tools since many years.
