hi i am having a problem to get my downloads going i bought reggae ezx reggae ezmix and reggae beat midi some how when comes to install i got this saying need to upgrade to the latest version and i just can’t find the way how can somebody please help

EZXs are expansion packs that require either EZD2 or S3 to load.
Again, I checked your Toontrack account and there isn’t an EZdrummer2 or Superior Drummer 3 registered. You need to have one of those to be able to use the EZX that you purchased.
That is why you are getting the error message when you try to install.
