I purchased EZDrummer 2 many moons ago and now I am looking to pay the upgrade price for EZD3, but I don’t have the option because my EZD2 license is not showing up in my account, even though I can download and install it through TT Product Manager. This is also the case for many of the add-ons I have bought as well.
How do I go about getting my licenses in my profile?
I see EZD2 in your Toontrack account from my end here. Are you logged in when you try to purchase the EZD3 Upgrade?

Ugh…I was logged in but I think I clicked Regular and not Upgrade. Sorry about starting a thread for nothing 🙁
