It has been working fine since I bought it but when I turned it on yesterday it said that it’s not Authorized. I logged in to my product reg, re-downloaded it and have tried all of the FAQ’s. It said to contact support which I have but I need it for a gig Monday and support is not open on the weekend and may take over 24hrs to reply. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any ideas?

You can always re-authorize, of course. You have 2 unused Auths in your account.

I did follow that FAQ but it still said contact support. I thought I only have 2 which are used? When you say Re-authorize, how does that work?
You have 4. But you can only have 2 authorized at one time. If you have 2 authorized now, you just remove one and authorize with the new Computer ID.

One more question on this: how exactly do you remove an authorization from one computer? Is this done by uninstalling the software?

log in to your Toontrack account and then click your product. In the popup window you click the ‘X’ to remove the Authorization.
