    Hi,

what does the Installation Info tab tell you?

What happens if you click the red ‘Install’ button?

If what is missing is the plug-ins, click the grey ‘Download’ button next to the latest update, when it’s done you click the small drop-down menu right next to it and select ‘Install’.
When you run the installer, you can check that all components you wish to install are checked on the fourth page by clicking ‘Customise’.

Hi, I’m having the exact same issue.
The Info Tab says neither the sound library nor the MIDI is installed.
However I’ve clicked the red “install” button two more times, it keeps going through the usual steps and then tells me “installation complete” but nothing changes, in the Info tab it still says “incomplete” and sound library and MIDI are not installed.

Ok I don’t know if that was you but after shutting down my MacBook last night and booting it up this morning the product manager came up with “installing library” and then “installing MIDI” right away so… thanks I guess lol
