EZDrummer 2 instalation fail?

Hello guy’s,
I’ve installed the program on a other computer of mine but when i open the EZDrummer icon it tells me to locate file and i somehow cant find the file so nothing works?
I would need some help please.

are you using the Toontrack Product Manager?
If not, please do so.
If you are, what does the PM say about the installation info?
Which OS are you on?
Did you custom install anything?

Hello John,

Sorry to respond at a much later period, it’s that i reinstaled EZDrummer 2 on a 2nd pc of mine and even with the product manager installer, i can’t find the 3.2 gig files. it doesn’t seem to instal them, i keep trying over and over but no hope here. the page open’s up but it keeps saying it cant locate the files and it tells me to have the newest EZDrummer 2??? i’m puzzled here?? i did all i can here and i hope i can get help, thanks!!

did you run all the installers and updaters?

When you have, what happens when launch the standalone application?

Can you post a screen shot?

Did you Custom install or leave everything at default?

Ok so this is what i got on my screen when opening up EZDrummer 2!!

This is when i’m in the product manager. I’ve been constantly uploading this since yesterday, i’m no computer Wiz so sometime’s i stumble in this uploading stuff!!!

Here’s the 4th picture and this is where i seem to go and it’s still not all installed??
