EZDrummer 2 “Create Drum Map from Instrument” in Cubase

Hi,
since it’s possible to create a drum map in Cubase with the command “Create Drum Map from Instrument” are there any plans for supporting this feature? I first thought this feature would be VST3 exclusive but apparently it works with BFD3 (VST2) too.
